Welcome to GLGG.pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GLGG.pro website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), located at https://glgg.pro.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
GLGG.pro provides tools to create and manage sports leagues and tournaments, including schedules, standings, statistics, rosters, and related league content.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age required to consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown before you purchase.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel a subscription according to the options available in your account or billing portal. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change subscription pricing or features. If a change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
Your Content and League Data
You and other authorized users may submit content through the Service, including league names, logos, schedules, match results, player information, photos, and other materials ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant GLGG.pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and for obtaining any permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit content that violates law, infringes others' rights, or includes personal information you are not authorized to share.
If you are a league administrator, you are responsible for how participant and player information is collected and used within your league.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security measures
- Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its data except as expressly permitted
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by GLGG.pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including social sign-in and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLGG.pro disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that match data, standings, statistics, or other information will always be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLGG.pro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GLGG.pro and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
